Thanks! Now I'm thinking... should I try for 75? I can still see a wee bit of 'love handles' towards the back... and if I don't set a date to reach it, can increase my calorie intake another 500-600 per day with no worries. On the other hand, I'm exercising, both aerobic and muscle toning, and putting on muscle weight all along... I just don't know enough about exercise physiology! I need to talk with the best physiologist I know; my friend Dr. Jolie Bookspan! She's always steered me right!
