Das war nicht gelogen... Eventuell könnte man an der Kommunikation noch ein bisschen was verbessern, aber ich bin m Ergebnis höchst zufrieden: nachdem ich mein totes PB360 an die angegebene Adresse geschickt hatte kam heute, kommentarlos, ein fabriksneues PB Basic mit der Post.
