The problem is, assuiming these emails are genuine, Amazon is the one not giving facts here, not the blogger. If she did something "wrong" with her account, why are they not open about it in their answer? Would you be happy to be told you are punished, and not being told why (even if you perfectly knew you had committed some violation)? How can she defend herself then?
Furthermore, this means that Amazon can unilaterally close your account and lock you out of your purchases. Can you imagine if a publisher entered your home and took all your books?
