I am Bob Knowles. I was nominated for The Macmillan Education Award for Innovative Writing (scroll down to the bottom - I'm the first of the last bunch of four). But the nomination was as far as it went, so I'm trying to self-publish via KDP.

After a bit of tweaking (flattening it into one file), KDP can turn it into an EPUB file. But the KDP docs talk only in terms of the latest version of Word (for producing the TOC etc). Now I'm not God's gift to HTML coding, but I'm blowed if I'll learn to use the latest version of Word just so that I can export it to the right flavour of HTML, when I've already got perfectly good HTML sources.

I use Sigil. I'll be posting soon in another forum about a particular problem I'm having.
