Angry Problems and poor service from KOBO

I received a Kobo wifi for my birthday quite a while ago, and it was great.. Until the "next page" button became sunken in. I sent it into warranty and got a refurbished model. After less than 5 books, the same thing happened. I continued using it because it was out of warranty until it stopped working altogether (which was not even completely through that 5th book!) I took it to chapters, who told me to contact Kobo. I called Kobo and they said they'd get back to me. No such thing happened. I would understand If I had got good use out of it and it eventually just got too worn out. I am very dissatisfied with Kobo's support. I feel that they produced and sold an inferior product.


LESS THAN 5 BOOKS?
That being said, I liked my Kobo when it did work. I am hoping that by taking this to the forums Kobo will right this for me or perhaps that people will read it and be wary of Kobo in the future.
