In the US.

With the Chinese smartphone market set to pass the US one this year, and with Android comfortably outselling iOS in most key territories outside the US, this wouldn't be a body blow to Samsung.

It won't come to that, of course. Samsung have such rapid turnover that even if the S3 and the Note were banned in 6 months time or so, they'd have their next big seller ready to go.
