G.M Ford He has two detective series. The first one is the Leo Waterman series. These are hilarious romps that involve Leo using his own home turf gang of drunken street bums. The first of the series is named "Who in Hell Is Wanda Fuca?", which I guess is a bit of an inside joke for Pacific Northwesters. The rest of the series is just as good, but the last one "The Deader The Better" is a bit darker.

Then Ford has his second series involving free lance author Frank Corso. This series has its share of humor, but is much darker in tone.

I would say I enjoyed the Leo Waterman series a bit more, but the Frank Corso series is much more in line with what I have read of Harlan Coben. Excellent stuff.
