The best way is to use the in-app "Report Issue" feature.
Steps:
- Open sync app on the device having the issue.
- Click on Sync button, wait until it completes (or errors out).
- Click on Settings button.
- Scroll down to the "Report Issue" button and click it.
This will send me email with details on the sync state on the device so I can try and help resolve the issue.
