I didnt try it, but others say it is not possible to print it in Win, in Linux only using XJournal.

w.r.t. 3: Oh! I believed it were always the _current_ page to be exported... not just the last... that looks like a bug!
If you're referring to another tool but peter-x's SVG export, could you please link it in the software wiki? I'm not aware of it, but it might be nice
w.r.t. printing: I wouldn't dare say it's impossible in Windows - just that I didn't find a tool doing it
(I'm willing to believe that the top Adobe product and some other commercial ones will work, but I didn't care to buy them as a Linux user
)
Someone might still check (and report) whether xournal works in Windows using Cygwin (somebody reported that the native Win32 binary won't flatten the document either).
