The 1SaleADay offer came to $33 after tacking on S/H. I got in on the previous deal for slightly more for my Nook Color, but for my PE I actually prefer flash drives.

Supermedia store has a 32GB USB flash drive on sale for $32.88, no shipping/handling, no tax.

No reviews that I can see and haven't used that particular brand, but it does come with a lifetime warranty.
