Thoroughly proof-read all the books in the volume: the first three against page scans from the Internet Archive; the last without any external reference, since I was unable to find a printed version. Corrected numerous errors as a result of this. I've also added some illustrations from the scanned versions: 12 to "Allan and the Holy Flower", 5 to "The Ivory Child", and one (a frontispiece) to "The Ancient Allan". Uploaded v5.
