Möglichkeit 1: In den Ordner-Einstellungen "Systemdateien ausblenden" deaktivieren.

Möglichkeit 2: cmd öffnen (Start->ausführen: cmd). Annahme ist, dass der Kindle als Laufwerk E eingebunden wurde:
