Hi and welcome. Reducing the space the paper books take up is definitely a big plus with an e-reader. You can have your whole library on it without noticing or taking up any physical space. Pure brilliance. Especially with the really thick books

Since my native language is not English the dictionary on the Kindle has been immensely helpful to quickly look up words unknown to me. Most of my reading is done in English so it helps a lot.
