Sadly, I've been away from the forum for a while, so I apologise if my points have been answered elsewhere. This seemed the most pertinent posting, so I'm asking my questions here.

1. Yes, people have seen them at some Borders and some Sony Style stores.

2. Yes, the card will have a code on it, you scratch it off, enter the code on your account in the Connect software and your account will have a credit on it to spend.

The same process is available online too. I have bought over $10,000 in gift codes for international MobileReaders, as Nate mentions above. Just send me a PM if you want to arrange this.
