I am no lady, but i definitely like a lot more when a woman talks to me in some other language than french.... and Quebecois french... good lord, that is simply grotesque.

I find spanish very warm when used by a spanish woman.... being called cariņo by a whispering voice is.... delightful

I also have a weak spot for Portuguese with brazilian accent, it definitely sounds extra sweet and sexy.
