I created a collection of books in Book designer then made a collection out of them. Then I cleared out the output directory of BD assuming that ConnSoft had imported the books. It hadn't. Now I have a collection that doesn't actually exist and it causes ConnSoft to lock up whenever it's clicked on. Meaning I can't delete it.

Where is the information on collections stored ?

Is it possible to erase a collection some other way ?

Thanks.

I noticed that at times connect doesn't actually import books but links to them in the folder they were at. I discovered this unfortuneatly the same way you did. I had to find all the commect data files and erase them to cure the problem...wound up doing a complete reinstall.

Can you just put some dummy files in their place, then delete them from Connect?

Long-shot, but just in case you hadn't tried it....

It's worth a go. I tried re-installing but it had no effect at all. So it looks like I missed something.

It isn't enough to reinstall the program, you haave to dig deep with windows explorer or the equivalent and remove the data files. I just deleted all sony files.
