I have an older table version that I bought at the Levenger outlet store years ago. It is a very nice light (but in some awful blue color). She Who Must Be Obeyed is very happy I bought it :)

I have one of these (http://www.microscope-depot.com/prods.asp?pn=S-06370) for my microscope, but it really works great for the Reader too. It's portable so you can plug it it anywhere.

After a quick search I came up with something similar :

Price : $35.19

Note : I've never ordered from this company or seen this light in person, it's just one I came across when searching for something like the one you posted.

I might try ordering a pair for myself, problem is every time I try reading in bed I either fall asleep right away or can't put the book down and end up reading until 4:00 in the morning :)

Nah, the bulbs are available at Walgreens (a chain drugstore) for ~3 bucks -- it's all that fancy stainless that costs.

I like that lamp that is on the "Levnger.com" site - it is beautiful. But to pricey for me. Maybe if the price dropped 100 dollars or so.

Maybe I'll go with satori's ceiling light, its ellegant and inexpensive compare to the other one, too pricey. I got these simple but decorative wall sconces (http://http://www.fixturesandfurnitures.com/wall-sconces.html), and planning to buy it. Check them out, maybe I can get some suggestions on you guys.
