I've been trying to grab the content off of http://tinyurl.com/ypp4b6, and, although quite s-l-o-w, it seems to be working. Sunrise is set up like this:

I've been letting it work for several minutes, and it's up to 47% complete. Don't know how it will turn out, though. Is there a better way to do this? Bytheway, I've also subscribed to the RSS/XML feed there, but that only applies to new topics/threads/replies.
