During the firmware update (I am using Parallels on a MacBook & XP by the way) a message said it could not complete the update. My Reader screen is stuck at "Updating firmware now..." I've tried resetting and even hard reset but all I get is that screen or "Firmware update is not finished correctly. Please execute firmware update again." when I disconnect it from USB. I've downloaded the update and tried, but it fails to complete. CAN I GET IT BACK TO ORIGINAL THE FIRMWARE? CAN I HARD RESET? HOW?
