For anyone else who has been trying to get bookmark support on the Iliad, here is a quick script that will make a (very basic) tables of contents on the first page of any supplied PDF.

I've found it espically useful with my mergeScribbles script... The bookmark script has the same requirements as that one (Php, PDF support etc) as well as needing the PHP routines from that the mergeScribbles tar ball...

Any PDF generated with feedbooks should have a table of contents working on the iLiad as long as there's more than a single part/chapter/section.
