I must have done something wrong today. I can't synchronize my SXL with my Palm TX any more. When I rightclick on the hotsync icon, choose customize and then sunrise XP, I get the following dreadful message from
"Microsoft Visual CC Runtime Library"

Program: C:\program files\palm\hotsync.exe

The application has requested the Runtime to terminate it in an unusual way. Please contact the application's support team for more information.

When I press OK, hotsync shuts down.

Customizing other conduits is still possible. Do any of you have a suggestion? I've already tried uninstalling and reinstalling SunriseXP, but that did't help.
Thanks.

After the thundering silence of the readers of this forum, I tried un- and reinstalling sunrise XP and even Palm Desktop, and this did not help.
I then regressed to Plucker Desktop, and, although I admit it's not as user friendly as sunrise XP is, at least it works.
For me the sun has set on sunrise XP, although I'm still waiting for someone to give me a reason to go back.
