I know that Irex support and customer service has been berated on a number of threads in the past. I would just like to say for the record that i have had a number of issues with my hardware over the past few months and i am now on my third Irex.
Through all of this the Irex team were mostly responsive and helpful and provided me with a new unit as quickly as physically possible. I know some people will read this forum before buying a unit, so i thought it is important to highlight the good as well as the bad.
