Not sure if this is a book as such, or if this is the right place to post this, but anyway here goes.
The latest draft of the W3C Architecture of the WWW (http://www.w3.org/TR/2003/WD-webarch-20030627/) is online.
It converts very nicely to iSilo, provided you specify "Ignore only left and right padding specified on body" in the Margins tab of iSiloX.
