Does anyone know if it's possible to goto the next chapter while reading without having to go back to the menu, then to the table of contents?

I know the 'shortcuts' to go fwd/bk 10 pages and the buttons to move to X% of the book, but would be great if i could just skip around chapters easily (mainly to use for my rss feeds).
