I was going to email them a question, so I hunted through Sony's support site, but I couldn't find the right link, because you have to list the model number, and the Sony Reader isn't listed! Grrr... I just want to send them an e-mail, to ask them a question. Does anyone on this forum know how to e-mail them?

Thanks for the quick response, coolblue!
It looks like it's more for the Connect store than the Reader, but I'll try it anyway.

It does ask for reader info, so give a try. I don't have much luck with them. what kind of problem or question do you have?

I entered a trouble ticket for RSS feeds not working in my connect software:
Hi - i'm having a problem bringing up the RSS feeds under the sony connect ebook store. Everything else in the bookstore seems to work fine (logging into my account, browsing ebooks, purchasing ebooks), but everytime i goto the RSS section, it says "Unable to access eBook Store - 102", but everything else on the site works fine (and my internet connect is also fine) - it's just the RSS section. It use to work fine until tonight. Not sure what to do. Please help. Thanks,
and here is their actually response 2 days later:

What a Joke! No explaination. No Estamated time to check back. So, i just used HTML2LRF prog from the dev forum and wrote a couple perl scripts to do the same exact thing myself without the connect software.
