Hi everybody. I am a new member.

I have presently have. Microsoft e-book reader , and having some difficulty understanding the Microsoft voices, are there any programs that will read any book using the new Sapi voices?, that will work the same or very similar to Microsoft reader software, and what other alternatives are there. Out there, to a newcomer,
