I can't find the answer for this.

I am writing a dos batch file to automate web-to-epub, by having following command lines:
1. download webpages (web2disk)
2. convert it to epub (ebook-convert)
3. edit its title and author data (any command line?)

Is there any command line which I can use to put title and author to the output epub?
