Hello there,
After upgrading from v2.4 to v2.6.1 I lost a toolbar and onscreen keyboard.
I tried to reset, but it did not help.
Other functions are OK including a page indicator.
Any sugestions how to solve this problem?
Can it be fixed with a new upgrade?

The only time I've seen this was right after upgrading. But powering it down and back on took care of it.
I've never had it last more than 1 or 2 reboots.

Welcome in club, tomanek. You are not alone. I have the same problem on my iLiad. It did not happen after the 2.6.1 upgrade. I don't know why this did happen.
Yepp, resetting or rebooting doesn't help.
Toolbar ist deactivated permanently! [in all viewers, content lister ...] What a huge bug! :huh:

No idea! I will mention this today in irex's forum. Using the hotline is another option.

Latest news: I got a fix via IDS. It is working now again. :scholar:

This is a known bug and we have a solution for this, please provide us with your MAC address ( via techsupport@irextechnologies.com ).
To sum up: All who have this problem let Irex know your MAC-Address for a "private" fix.
