Where Do I Download the List of Links?

I went to the Mobile page ready to download the list.  But I can't find an active link anywhere on the page.  How do I download the list of links so I can load it in IsiloX?

If you go to the home page and then to the Mobile Tab, then you will be faced with a page.  From there, scroll down to the iSilox screenshot.  Right below that are the download links.
