Don't anyone know about the warranty maintenance of this reader in EU?

The warranty is 2 years and there have several contract repair places throughout Europe should you need a repair.

I live in Latvia, visited UK and Germany from time to time. My reader is my third hand, couldn't without it, especially in transport.
