There are a lot of posts and threads flying around about boycotts, and sending letters of discontent, letters of praise, hate mail, nasty grams, and various other methods of expressing one's feelings on a matter to a publisher and/or author.

With that in mind can we create a location (maybe in the wiki) that has all the contact information for the various publishers? Things like web site, physical address, phone number, names of senior people to address things to...

I don't know that the same thing for authors would be a good idea since there are so many more of them, but if everyone were working from a decent information base there would be a much better chance of the proper people getting the information.

There are hundreds, if not thousands, of publishers. All the information you want is available in the Literary Market Place, a guide to publishers. I believe they also have a website.

Daithi has assembled a fair amount of publisher contact info in the Amazon Classic Book Request thread in the Amazon forum.
