Hm, so they use OpenEmbedded (http://www.openembedded.org) themselves - good news. Also, there's a JTAG interface - maybe good news, if it's part of the external connector.

And they seek someone with "Knowledge of power management methods and strategies" - what's that mean? The programmers they have lack that knowledge?

seriously I think any able iliad owner should ask for this position, as it seems they will receive an advance of the API docs, and perhaps of the sdk, as part of the selection process.
