I just encountered a crash/hang when trying to open a previously read ebook. The opening progress indicator is at 7/9 black bars and nothing I do makes any difference. Does anyone know of any way to reset the system other than waiting for the battery to run down?

There is a reset button right in the middle of the back side, press it with the stylus, and the iLiad will turn off (but the screen stays the same, mind), then switch on again with the power on button/slide.

I have noted that on some hands I need to press both the reset and the on-off slide in order to reboot.

Yes, the reset button only turns off, not like a pc which turns off and on again. :)
