Well, if it's any consolation mine arrived today and won't hold a charge. It will turn on as long as it's plugged in, but won't charge at all.

Exactly the same problem as me. Already raised a ticket with Irex

I was hoping DOA might just be a direct replacement. Ship a new one and a return authorization for the old one and just charge your credit card for the old one if it is not returned within 30 days. That would seem to be a better plan for a doa unit. I would guess we're looking at somewhere around 3 weeks with this current process. I was hoping to have my unit for a long flight I have scheduled to Moscow, but that might not work at this rate.

Ordered it on the 30th of July -- They billed my card 4 days ago and it still says processing.... :(

Don't worry, be happy. That's just the way it is. ;-)

I ordered mine July 30 also but they binged my card Aug 2. It still says Confirmed processing... So feel better, you had your money longer than I did. :)
