As the plastic logic e-reader turns out to be to expensive for me I am thinking about buying a netbook. I was looking at the bestseller devices on the German amazon page so far.
Can anyone recommend a netbook with an outstanding anti-glare display?
(I only wanna read pdfs on it and watch videos)

You can always purchase whichever netbook you like then use a anti-glare filter (http://www.nushield.com/dayvue_antireflective_screen_protector_film.php) like this those sold at NuShield.

Does this get close to a e-reader's display then?
I forgot to mention that I dont necessarily want to read outside. Primarly I just want to make reading more comfortable as my eyes begin to hurt after some time (that was why I got interested into e-readers in the first place).

E-ink and LCDs are different animals. If the Pixel Qi screens were out, I would tell you to get a netbook using one but since they aren't this may be the best you can do.
Since your main desire is to read PDFs and watch videos, it should be helpful.

Check out this (http://www.mobileread.com/forums/showthread.php?t=68926) thread for some new Pixel Qi pics and video. :)
