Hi!!

Greetings from shy lurker and newbie:D. Love to all fabulous contributors in this forums. Kudos to mobileread admins.Congratulations to kovidgoyal for the fab Calibre.

Have been playing with it.

Having probs with converting some of pdb books :chinscratch: Eg:

More info: Used latest: calibre-0.6.31 PC:Windows Vista 32 bit

I suspect that the file is in a format that Calibre cannot handle. The .pdb extension just indicates a container type (rather like .xip) and says nothing about the format of the data within the file.

iSilo is not a support format.

Appreciate your comments.

Could u please indicate whether there is going to be any calibre support for isilo format in the future? cos there are lot of academic books in this format.

I really would like any suggestions to get around this problem. I cant afford isilo (live overseas). :o

There are currently no plans to support iSilo (any version) as a conversion format in calibre.
