Dear Author (http://dearauthor.com/wordpress) has compiled a list of e-book publishers and vendors (http://dearauthor.com/wordpress/?p=335) that includes many of the mainstream publishing houses that we complain so much about. They may frustrated us with formats, DRM and high prices, but at least they're in the game and trying.
