I have just had that problem, I raised a ticket, no 4146, its closed now. Mine was intermitant, I reverted back to a slightly older version of calibre 6.23, and reformatted my reader which wiped it clean. I had a really full harddrive and (touch wood) its seems to be okay now, and much faster with not so much on it.

I didn't get 'Trying to Open Device - Failed' though so can only sugest you raise a bug ticket

Any ideas?Do you have the device set as Cybook Opus?

Will do.

Ah! Just had an idea concerning this. I have to sometimes unplug and replug the USB before my Ubuntu recognizes MM! I know it's not very professional but maybe try this! Another thing: There has been one defective USB cable already. Try another one!

@Javed: I tried using "default"-profile...

@mtravellerh: I tried it on two different WinXP/SP3-Computers with different cables, same result. :(

Works when there is a MicroSD in the PB360! :)

Okay, that will work then in the next version of Calibre! Strange one, isn't it?
