Cool! This particular "light" skin for vBulletin (ClieSource runs the same software we do) was made by PDAFrance.com.

Not sure if they made it public or just handed the skin over to ClieSource.

Expect turcic.com to have a similar mobile version as well soon (as soon as I have some more freetime again).
