Guardian Unlimited seem to have stopped updating the AvantGo feed at http://www.guardian.co.uk/pda/avantgo/, which worked well with iSilo. The funny thing is that if you go to http://www.guardian.co.uk/pda/ the front page is still last Friday's, but if you follow the links you get today's stories (weird).

Yup, another bites the dust so to speak. It went to Avantgo's server which is only accessible when you are using the Avantgo sync software:

http://pshost.avantgo.net/channels/guardian

This (http://www.mobileread.com/forums/showthread.php?t=5959) is the only workaround I can see right now.

For a couple of days I switched to using the Guardian RSS feeds as starting urls for iSilo, linked to an html page stored locally. Worked OK, a bit of extraneous stuff at the top of each page, but not a showstopper, but...

...as of today, Guardian Online is back and fully functional at both www.guardian.co.uk/pda and www.guardian.co.uk/pda/avantgo :)
