A user of Vade-Mecum (http://vade-mecum.sf.net) filed this bug report (http://sourceforge.net/tracker/index.php?func=detail&aid=1457838&group_id=83326&atid=569088) about VM crashing on a specific Plucker document.
The investigation had shown that the PDB has this bug:
Text record: UID=0x0031, offset=0x0B77,
text function code: 0x00 0x1A 0x00 0x3B.
This is an embedded image referencing record UID=0x003B, but the record with this UID is a text record, not an image record.
Sanitizing code was added to VM.
The offending PDB can be downloaded here. (http://sourceforge.net/tracker/index.php?func=detail&aid=1457851&group_id=83326&atid=569088)
