It is often interesting what one can find on Microsoft's servers. Check here (http://research.microsoft.com/%7Edaniel/unix-haters.html) and click on the "Now online for free!!" link.

This is a riot, Alex! Am printing out a two-sided copy to read at leisure. I did convert this to iSilo, if anyone wants it, but it's not that great, format-wise. Used the PDF2HTML converter you mentioned with the Windows GUI, and it works, somewhat. Probably could squeeze it into a little better results, but no time!

Cheers,
Gary

What did you use? My version using PDF2HTML did not capture the cartoons, which are definitely a must see!

My print version of this classic book came with a unix barf bag - I guess that couldn't be replicated in ebook format :)
