Am printing out a two-sided copy to read at leisure. I did convert this to iSilo, if anyone wants it, but it's not that great, format-wise. Used the PDF2HTML converter you mentioned with the Windows GUI, and it works, somewhat. Probably could squeeze it into a little better results, but no time!
