Only a few days after we announced (http://www.mobileread.com/forums/showthread.php?t=5942) the first release canidate, Doug decided to bring out the final 0.13 version of Minimo CE, the mobile Mozilla browser for Windows Mobile devices. Same news as in RC1: a new UI, inital download support, better Windows Mobile SP 5.0 support, and lots of bug fixes.
