Thanks for your development work.

The alpha 2 version crashes when handling http://www.nytimes.com/services/xml/rss/nyt/Washington.xml on my windows XP notebook (256MB RAM).

Let me know if additional information would help and I'll provide it.

Try the latest alpha (http://www.sunrisexp.com/download/). If it still crashes, send me your SXL, so I can try to reproduce it here.

I grabbed alpha 3b and found two sites that cause it to crash (as in, do you want me to report this to Microsoft). I've attached a distilled .sxl that has only the two problematic sites. These sites do work with 0.42i. Other than that, the new Sunrise XP release is wonderful :happy2:

No rush, Laurens. Have an enjoyable respite from hacking Sunrise XP.

cheers,
Sandy

Thanks for the feedback. Try alpha 3c. I'm pretty sure the crashes are due to the issue with rescaling images.

I've been having similar problems to clupea with certain specific sites crashing (Windows wants to send an error report and the program freezes up).

Now that I know about how the "reports" function works, would the last file listed in the report for the problem document be the file causing the crash? In my case, there were two crashes I've experienced so far, and both were GIF files (one "invisible" or 1-pixel, or something like that).

By the way, it was alpha 3b that did this, so maybe 3c will fix the problem.
