Chapters from images
Hi there, I have read the help file for any2lrf but I'm still unsure of what to do. Previously I had used --chapter-attr h2,none, where all my chapter headings were h2, but now I have decided to get creative and use scanned images in place of chapter headings.
I have tried using

and then --chapter-attr hd,class, chapter but any2lrf won't pick them up. Additionally, how could I specify the title of the image in the Table of Contents? Would it be something like <p class="chapter" "title=Down the Rabbit Hole">
I would deeply appreciate some help. Thankyou
