Gizmodo, http://www.gizmodo.com, is reporting that there's a $5 million class action lawsuit because of the case causing a problem. I'm sure that'll get Amazon's attention rather quickly. I don't read the Kindle forum much because I have a different brand, but man, that caught my attention quickly. What do you think?

Sorry. I thought I searched the forums before posting. I guess I didn't look hard enough.

Also note that it's not class-action status yet, a judge would have to grant that request.
