Remember (http://www.mobileread.com/forums/showthread.php?t=4598) the PDA247 (http://www.clieuk.co.uk/forum/showthread.php?t=2173) survey held last week? Well, it's now closed and Shaun came up with some interesting findings:

Almost 80% of you read eBooks on your PDAs which was much more than I expected. Makes a mockery of all the doom predictions for this format.
Music is also a popular past time at over 60% with movies catching up at almost 40% of the vote. For me movies are a killer PDA feature and would help their overall popularity if more people knew about the software out there.
The devices owned questions threw up some unexpected results- under 20% of you own Smart Phones (suspect if I run this in a year it will be well over 50%), 85% own Palm devices and only 25% Windows Mobile devices. This is not shown in our visitor numbers so maybe WM owners have a fear of voting:)
Almost 45% of you are as sad as me and have installed over 10 games with almost all of you classing yourselves as heavy PDA users.
Under a quarter of you will be changing your device in the next 6 months and a fairly healthy 36% are members of the PDA247 club- so, what about the other 74%??? ( Neil says: That'll be "64%", Shaun - shame there wasn't a question about usage of calculators on PDA... ;) )
