I am creating the format plug-in for XnView (http://www.xnview.com/)to manage T2B files.
XnView (http://www.xnview.com/) is a free image viewer.

The plug-in and the source code are in:

To install the plug-in, you must copy the usr file in the PlugIns directory inside the XnView (http://www.xnview.com/)'s installation directory.
Now it is possible load an T2B file inside XnView, to create a new t2b file, you must resize (or crop) the image to 96x144 and convert it in 4 grayscale. I suggest with dither.

The plug-in converts other color format to 4 grayscale, but i am more fan of XnView (http://www.xnview.com/)converter than my converter

I'm a fan of XnView so glad you shared this.
I experienced just a little problem not being able to see the plugin working till I updated Xnview to the last version, but now it's ok.
