I have been using the Stanza desktop software to convert some PDF ebooks to download on the Touch however one of my ebooks just stays on the loading screen and never converts. Any tips on resolving this or suggestions for other software to use to get it to Stanza on my Touch?

Sorry, I just came across the "101: iPhone+Stanza+Calibre (the almost-perfect solution)" thread and that sounds like it would solve my problems, I will give that a try tonight.
