Smartfeed.org has released a beta version (http://smartfeed.org/Download.aspx) of a Podcast client for Pocket PC, claiming to be the first "Podcast Receiver, or "Podcatcher", to bring podcasting to both the Smartphone and PocketPC."

Personally I would prefer my favorite RSS reader (NewsBreak (http://www.iliumsoft.com/site/nw/newsbreak.htm)) to integrate podcasting capabilities instead of having to use a separate tool.
